These first few photos are shots of the B&B we stayed in.

This picture is the side of the Farnsworth Inn...7th most haunted place in the US. There were more that 50 bullet holes in the side of the house. If you look closely you can see some.

We took this photo for you Dad...

this is Father William Corby of the Irish Brigade. He became the third president of Notre Dame University in 1866.Eric said that he looks like a soldier because of the beard. Thank goodness it will be gone by the time the baby gets here. He is growing it until the jobs done at the airport...about 3 weeks and counting!!!

We decided to take a early 1st Anniversary trip and we went to Gettysburg. It is only about an hour away from us, so we thought it would be fun to go and see some history.

These are my belly shots for 31 weeks. I went to the doctor this morning and she said that everything looks great. The baby is head down and I am measuring right at 31 weeks. We are finishing up our birthing class and we also found a great pediatrician’s office. We also have a few finishing touches we need to do to the nursery and we will be set! :)

Nursery Updates

Here are some pictures of Eric working hard putting the new bamboo flooring in the nursery. A friend was at the house earlier helping Eric out, but I didn't get any shots of the two of them. It looks great! I will update soon with the near finished product. We also picked up some of the furniture today, so I will take some more pictures when we move that stuff in. We are still waiting on the crib and the changing table.

Draft 2008

We went over to Brian and Shannon's house for the fantasy football draft this year. Here are some shots of the guys in all their glory and seriousness...I guess being a female I just don't get the whole draft thing. The guys started at about 5:45 and finished their picks around 8:30 or so and then it was time for some beer pong. Also there is a shot of the two pregnant ladies...except for I am way bigger than Shannon! Not fair!
